A Journey to More Positive Thinking

In my quest to practice more positive thinking, I have run across a nice publication, entitled Positive Thinking, Attitude is Everything.  There are wonderful articles on living positively and how to practice positive thinking in every facet of  life.  I can testify that it is NOT always easy to think positively, but for me, I expend much more energy when I think negatively.  Negative thinking produces negative results for your mental and physical health.

So, if you don't mind, I will continue on my journey of practicing more positive thinking.

What I found intriguing in a recent issue, was an excerpt from Caitlin O'Connell-Rodwell, the author ofThe Elephant's Secret Sense.  The excerpt:  FiveThings I Learn From Elephants About How to Be Gentle and Generous is worth sharing:

  • Communicate with intention and reverence
  • Slow Down and Focus on one task at a time -Do the task that is at hand
  • Mentorship has its privileges -great relationships can spring from simply sharing your time and knowledge
  • There's Strength in Connection -reaching out to another makes both of you stronger
  • Taking Risks and Being Persistent will lead to success

Take these to heart as you journey towards more positive living......I know I will.
